A Colorado Where Families Can Thrive Again
Affordable Living. Innovation. Accountability. A Government That Works.
Colorado’s strength isn’t found in rankings or political slogans — it’s found in the people who wake up every day to build, teach, grow, protect, serve, and create.
Yet today, too many Coloradans are working harder than ever and falling behind anyway.
We deserve a government that matches the grit, intelligence, compassion, and work ethic of its people — not one that expects families to do more while systems do less.
My promise is simple:
Colorado deserves a government that works as hard as its people — and I intend to build one.
Colorado’s Reality
On paper, the numbers look strong — high GDP, low unemployment, growth in technology and innovation.
But everyday life tells another story:
Housing, healthcare, and essentials rising faster than wages
Teachers, nurses, and first responders priced out of their own communities
Rural homes still without reliable broadband
Small businesses squeezed out by large corporate consolidation
Billions of public dollars sitting on Wall Street — benefiting everyone except Coloradans
A nurse in Greeley told me she drives more than an hour each way to work because she can’t afford to live near the hospital where she cares for others.
She’s not the problem.
The system is.
A Public Bank of Colorado — Keeping Wealth Local
"This isn’t bigger government — it’s smarter stewardship." — Jon Collamer
Modeled after the successful Bank of North Dakota, the Public Bank of Colorado will:
Offer low-interest loans for first-time homebuyers, farmers, ranchers, and small businesses
Finance affordable and workforce housing without raising taxes
Support mental-wellness centers and preventive healthcare
Invest in clean energy and modern statewide infrastructure
Operate with full transparency and zero Wall Street speculation
Every dollar stays in Colorado — building Colorado.
People first. Politics second. Colorado always.
Energy Independence & Innovation
"Clean energy isn’t ideology — it’s opportunity."
Colorado already leads with more than 67,000 clean-energy jobs — growing twice as fast as the general economy.
With geothermal development, battery storage, smart grid investment, and responsible energy planning, Colorado can become the blueprint for American energy independence.
Not theoretical.
Not partisan.
Just smart long-term strategy.
A Government That Works
"If your phone can do it in seconds, your government shouldn’t take six weeks."
Colorado will modernize:
Government services and paperwork
Broadband access for every home and business
Permitting and licensing timelines
Financial transparency tools
Redundant and outdated systems
Efficiency isn’t cold — efficiency is respect.
Prevention Over Crisis
Healthy people build strong communities — and strong economies.
Mental wellness access, youth programs, preventive healthcare, and strong schools are not expenses — they are investments.
Colorado will lead with compassion backed by data.
Housing: Stability, Strength, Freedom
Housing should be a foundation — not an obstacle.
Colorado will:
Finance affordable and workforce housing through the Public Bank
Prioritize adaptive reuse and mixed-income developments
Support first-time buyers and renters
Build workforce housing near jobs — not hours away
Expand modular and rural housing solutions
Create humane homelessness pathways focused on dignity and recovery
No teacher should need a second job to afford living where they teach.
No senior should be priced out of the community they helped build.
A Movement — Not a Moment
Colorado is ready for something better:
A government that listens
Systems that function
Policies that serve people
Leadership rooted in principle — not party
This isn’t another campaign.
It’s a reset.
The Future We Build Together
A Colorado where families can stay — not be pushed out.
A Colorado where small businesses grow into legacy businesses.
A Colorado where children can imagine a future — and believe it’s possible.
A Colorado where innovation powers independence — not dependency.
A Colorado where dignity is protected — and opportunity is shared.
We’re not here to protect what’s broken.
We’re here to repair it.
Colorado doesn’t need more division — it needs leadership with heart, courage, and common sense.
Let’s build a Colorado worth staying in — and proud to pass on.
This Is Clean It Up Colorado.
